1968 Zenith Model Y940 Stereo Console
The restoration included cleaning and re-greasing the record changer, replacing the record changer motor, idler wheel, rubber mounts, cartridge and needle. The cabinet was thoroughly cleaned and refinished. All the tarnished hardware was polished to a showroom shine.
It has AM/FM radio and Phono and Tape inputs. It features a Voice Of Music four-speed record changer and Mono and Stereo settings. The space behind the beautifully illuminated control panel can be used to store records or a tape player can be added.
